What is HRBP360 and what does it cost?

Aspire uses the HRBP360 review tool that has been developed specifically to focus on key skills of HR&OD professionals based around the CIPD HR Map. Aspire delegates will be required to complete a self-assessment questionnaire and nominate individuals they work with who will also be asked to provide feedback via a questionnaire. The HRBP360 feedback will increase an individual’s awareness of a wide range of aspects to business partnering and how they are perceived to be performing against those areas that most closely relate to the CIPD learning modules within Aspire. We recommend as wide a pool of colleagues and stakeholders as possible to give a richer and more valuable feedback for the delegate. HRBP360 is included in the programme fee for every Aspire delegate.

HRBP360 is a stand-alone review tool beyond the programme; to find out more and what it costs SUBMIT an expression of interest.

What is the time commitment to an Aspire programme?

Aspire is a modular programme of 10 days running over a six month period; it comprises an induction day, 5 learning modules delivered by the CIPD, 3 project workshop day and a final celebration day when delegates present their project report and receive their certificates. In addition you will be required to join a HRBP360 webinar to undertake the 360 review process at the start of the programme and you can expect to commit at least 5 additional days to work on your project during the programme.

How do I access the delegate handbook and the essential reading?

Once registered as a delegate you will be sent an Aspire Delegate Handbook which will tell you everything you need to know about the Aspire programme. This will include an overview of the programme, how to prepare for each module, aspects of the HRBP360 to consider, how to access your reading materials, as well as your reflection tasks and things to consider in relation to your project work.

What do I do if I have a problem or concern during the programme?

Contact your Programme Manager or Coordinator right away and they will work with you to resolve any issues quickly so that you have a positive learning experience and get the most from your personal Aspire journey.

What is the role of a delegate sponsor?

A delegate sponsor is required to provide important mentoring and support to the delegate during the programme and to provide feedback on their project work. They also commit to attending the Celebration Day.   The delegate sponsor plays an important supporting role and as such they are asked to sign a Delegate Sponsor Agreement to demonstrate their commitment to the individual and the Aspire programme.

Can I access coaching support as an Aspire delegate?

Yes we offer an Aspire Coaching service which comprises 5 x one hour telephone coaching sessions to be accessed at any time during the programme. Ideally coaching support should be booked at the start of the programme.
