An integral part of the Aspire programme is the HRBP360 assessment tool designed around the ‘CIPD HR Map’ to look at specific skills that most closely link to the role of a Strategic HR & OD Business Partner.
HRBP360 focuses not on managing people but on how the Business Partner will manage relationships through getting close to the strategic needs of the business. HRBP360 for Aspire will increase delegates’ awareness of a wide range of aspects to business partnering and how they are performing against those areas that relate to the five CIPD learning modules of the programme. Delegates will attend a HRBP360 webinar to begin the review process approximately 6 weeks before the induction day.
HRBP360 is also available as a stand alone review tool for the HR & OD profession.
