Since Aspire launched in 2014 over 200 HR professionals from across the country have embarked on its initial journey to develop the business skills needed to challenge and influence organisational direction and drive culture. 

In 2019 we are piloting Aspire 2.0 which remains committed to developing individuals as strategic business partners but builds on the highly effective original programme to meet to the evolving needs of the public sector.  Aspire 2.0 will build the capability of a new breed of strategic business partner to influence the future working of HR and OD – embracing the digital agenda.

New modules focus on; workforce strategies, understanding and deploying digital technologies, as well as exploring and defining the value of HR and successful business models.  We will also strengthen the programme links to the refreshed CIPD ‘HR profession map’ and aim to delve further into the organisational development space.

We will also be offering the new content as either one or two day training modules; accessible to Aspire Alumni and others working within HR and OD. Watch this space in 2019!
