What does Aspire cost?
What is HRBP360 and what does it cost?
Aspire uses the HRBP360 review tool that has been developed specifically to focus on key skills of HR&OD professionals based around the CIPD HR Map. Aspire delegates will be required to complete a self-assessment questionnaire and nominate individuals they work with who will also be asked to provide feedback via a questionnaire. The HRBP360 feedback will increase an individual’s awareness of a wide range of aspects to business partnering and how they are perceived to be performing against those areas that most closely relate to the CIPD learning modules within Aspire. We recommend as wide a pool of colleagues and stakeholders as possible to give a richer and more valuable feedback for the delegate. HRBP360 is included in the programme fee for every Aspire delegate.
HRBP360 is a stand-alone review tool beyond the programme; to find out more and what it costs SUBMIT an expression of interest.
What is the time commitment to an Aspire programme?
How do I access the delegate handbook and the essential reading?
You will be issued with an Aspire Delegate Handbook at the induction day. The handbook will tell you everything you need to know about the Aspire programme, including how to; prepare for each module, get the most out of your HRBP360, access your reading materials and other helpful information.
What do I do if I have a problem or concern during the programme?
What is the role of a delegate sponsor?
A delegate sponsor is required to provide important mentoring and support to the delegate during the programme and to provide feedback on their project work. They also commit to attending the Celebration Day. The delegate sponsor plays an important supporting role and as such they are asked to sign an Aspire Delegate Sponsor Agreement to demonstrate their commitment to the individual and the Aspire programme.
